Just picked up a Henry X model in 44mag, first tactical lever gun I bought, gotta say I was on the fence for a while but glad I bought it. Going to add a muzzle brake and a small rds. Can’t wait to shoot this thing. WebSep 27, 2024 · SBR it with a 10” 300BO, a can, and a 20rnd mag (I just don’t like the look of a 30rnd p-mag) and it would be a pretty sweet rifle. I do wish they did not use the term “AR” I worry it will make the “antis” start looking negatively at lever guns. Maybe call it a “modular magazine fed lever action”

Will do the job, but not as powerful compared to other options. .45 Colt - 298 ft lbs energy at muzzle. .44 mag - 1649 ft energy at muzzle. .357 mag - 1173 ft lbs energy at muzzle.
