Web23. okt 2014. · Here are my theories: * The transmission is a piece of crap to begin with and has a manufacturing defect. * There is insufficient fluid in the clutch hydraulics. * There is an air bubble in the clutch hydraulics. * The clutch master and/or slave cylinders are defective. What I think are solutions to fix the problem: Web05. dec 2024. · Clutch Disk – The life decision maker of the whole manual transmission set-up. Install it correctly. The top-hat side of the disk goes towards the transmission. There may also be a sticker on the clutch disk indicating which side goes which way. Verify the spline of the disk matches the spline of the input shaft of the transmission.
