In easy terms that sensor puts out a digital signal for the efi computer, not compatible with a gauge. Sure, the FITech unit will register a temp with it and can translate it into a readable value, your gauge won't. 69 Mach One, 428CJ, 5 Speed, 3.91's.

WebClassic Perform WebJul 11, 2024 · If it was me, I would try disconnecting the tach from the car from the white wire and just use the Fitech connection to see if the problem goes away. I would also check the ground on the HI-6 to make sure it’s a solid connection. Re-Did the grounds, will try the tach. One thing I have not checked is vacuum.
