WebDec 27, 2024 · bought a voucher for afternoon tea for my husbands birthday. 10 days before the event (having confirmed months in advance) provider changes venue. I complained about this to which provider said i need to request voucher back from buyagift. When trying to get a response from customer services at buyagift i ran into following issues: WebUnhelpful customer service. Renewing a £250 gift certificate for £20 which was fine. Was advised by email that payment would cover the Alnwick garden voucher for £60 and balance of original £250 certificate. Then found out only the £60 voucher was covered and I would need to pay another £20 for the £190 balance.
